The Thread Count indication tells you how many threads there are per square inch in a certain fabric. In most cases the higher the thread count determines the better quality, higher durability and softer hand feel.

There are a handful of products that can use Egyptian cotton, sheets being one of them.

Egyptian cotton comes from where its name suggests - Egypt.

Egyptian cotton is longer than normal cotton fibre. It ranges from 1 1/2 inches to 2 1/4 inches. Their longer length (about twice the size of other cotton fibres) allows it to be spun into very fine yarns. These yarns are soft and lustrous yet are very strong and durable.

A quilt cover set for SHUTEYE includes 1x quilt cover, 1 or 2 x standard pillowcases depending on the size. Example: Single bed sets alway have 1 x standard pillow case. Double, Queen and King bed sets have 2 standard pillowcases.

All returns must be advised in writing by Email or Fax within 14 days from receipt of goods. Once claim is approved our customer service department will contact you to arrange collection and organise a refund. Our returns & refund policy apply to the following situations:

1) Faulty or Un-useable goods

SHUTEYE will offer a full refund (including all freight inbound and outbound) via original payment method for goods that are deemed to be faulty or un-useable.

2) Unsuitable Goods

If you find that your selection is perosnally unsuitable, you can return these goods within 14 days from receipt of goods for a refund providing that the goods are un-used and in their their original packaging. The refund amount will be issued via original payment method, less any inbound and/or outbound freight charged.

SHUTEYE delivers it's products free of charge Australia-wide through Australia Post. We currently use Australia Post for orders up to 20kg gross weight and Toll Ipec Road Express for all orders over 20kg. All orders are usually delivered 2-5 working days of placing an order (excluding public holidays and/or peak/festive seasons). If the recipient of an order is not home at the time of delivery, then the order will be left on the front door or a notification of unsuccesful delivery card will be left with delivery/collection instructions.

"Want it now" is a same day delivery service that delivers urgent orders within the same day for any orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri to the following listed suburbs in Melbourne. To use this express service select "Want it now" as the delivery location at checkout.

Orders placed after the 3pm cut-off or outside the delivery suburbs will get sent by Australia Post Express Post (these express services are only available to online customers and exclude orders in excess of 20kg).
