Delivery & Returns Policy
Deliveries Within Australia
SHUTEYE delivers it's products free of charge Australia-wide through Australia Post. We currently use Australia Post for orders up to 20kg gross weight and Toll Ipec Road Express for all orders over 20kg. All orders are usually delivered 2-5 working days of placing an order (excluding public holidays and/or peak/festive seasons). If the recipient of an order is not home at the time of delivery, then the order will be left on the front door or a notification of unsuccesful delivery card will be left with delivery/collection instructions.
Deliveries can be made to most countries outside of Australia and will be calculated on checkout and shipped through TNT International. Charges will vary depending on size, weight and country of delivery. Delivery times may also vary depending on receiving countries.
NB. For large orders over 250kg (e.g.100 2.5kg quilt covers) , Email email@example.com for cheaper sea/airfreight options.
Returns & Refund Policy
All returns must be advised in writing by Email or Fax within 14 days from receipt of goods. Please Email firstname.lastname@example.org or Fax 03 9486 0138 your claim with a copy of invoice and reason for return. Once claim is approved our customer service department will contact you to arrange collection and organise a refund. Our returns & refund policy apply to the following situations:
1) Faulty or Un-useable goods
SHUTEYE will offer a full refund (including all freight inbound and outbound) via original payment method for goods that are deemed to be faulty or un-useable.
2) Unsuitable Goods
If you find that your selection is perosnally unsuitable, you can return these goods within 14 days from receipt of goods for a refund providing that the goods are un-used and in their their original packaging. The refund amount will be issued via original payment method, less any inbound and outbound freight charged.
